Terms & conditions
Prelaunch policy: the operator must confirm the business details and review these arrangements before orders open. This notice does not grant a licence or remove legal responsibilities.
Who is offering the service
Savoré is the trading name used for this proposed weekday meal service in Sri Lanka. The current registration status is disclosed on the Business details page. The operator's full legal name, genuine business/contact address and current registration details must be completed in Business details before online orders open. A trading name, website, policy or customer checkbox does not create a limited-liability company or authorise a food business. Contact us through the WhatsApp number published on this site.
Prelaunch status
During prelaunch, the website displays a proposed menu for browsing. Orders and payments are not accepted while checkout is closed. These terms describe the intended ordering arrangements once the operator has completed the applicable business and food-premises registrations, council permissions, business details and policy review. No claim of government approval or certification is made by publishing this website.
Reviewing and placing an order
When ordering opens, select the meal, quantity, delivery date and area. Review the full order, prices in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR), discount, delivery fee, total and applicable terms before confirming. Correct errors before submission. Supply accurate contact and delivery details and be available for handover. Contact the kitchen promptly if a correction is needed after submission. Orders are subject to menu availability, the published preorder cutoff and kitchen confirmation; we will tell you if an order cannot be fulfilled and return any payment for the unfulfilled portion.
Payment and confirmation
Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout. Card details are entered on PayHere's hosted payment page, not collected by Savoré. A browser redirect alone does not confirm payment; the recorded payment-provider confirmation controls card payment status. Keep your order reference and private tracking link. You may request a receipt and a durable copy of your order details through WhatsApp. Never send card numbers, CVVs, passwords or bank-login details to the kitchen.
Delivery and meal packages
Delivery is limited to the areas and dates shown at checkout. Any fee is disclosed before confirmation, including a fee for each delivery date in a multi-day package. The configured delivery window is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Contact us if an order is late or missing; we will explain the available options, and a delay or delivery problem does not remove your legal remedies. Packages are one-off purchases, with exactly the stated number of selected meals on different dates; they do not renew automatically. They currently share one overall order status. Contact the kitchen about changes to an individual package day or remaining unprepared meals.
Food descriptions, ingredients and allergies
Photographs are illustrative and presentation may vary. That does not permit us to supply an unsafe or materially different meal. Ingredient and allergen information must be checked with the kitchen before ordering, particularly if you have a serious allergy. Shared preparation and supplier ingredients may introduce allergens; an allergen-free environment is not promised. Do not order if the kitchen cannot confirm that it can meet your needs. We will not treat an allergy acknowledgement as a waiver of food-safety duties or liability for negligent preparation. Delivery notes should contain delivery instructions rather than diagnoses or medical histories. Food is not offered as medical treatment, and no weight-loss, disease-prevention or other therapeutic result is guaranteed.
Receiving and handling food
Arrange prompt receipt and follow the handling or storage instructions supplied with your meal. Contact us if food appears damaged, spoiled, unsafe or different from the order, and do not consume food you believe is unsafe. If you become unwell, obtain appropriate medical care; contacting us does not replace that care. Customer handling after delivery will be considered fairly when investigating a complaint, rather than used as a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
Changes, cancellations and remedies
Read the Refund and cancellation policy before confirming. Fresh preparation can make a change-of-mind cancellation impracticable after preparation has started, but this does not exclude remedies for unsafe, incorrect, missing, defective or undelivered food, or any other mandatory rights. We will consider requests reasonably and explain the outcome. We may cancel an order we cannot lawfully or safely fulfil, with a refund of the affected items and applicable delivery charges where paid.
Responsibility and legal rights
We remain responsible for the duties imposed on us by applicable Sri Lankan law. Nothing in these terms, a cookie choice, an allergy notice, a delivery acknowledgement or an order checkbox excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, food-safety breaches or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation applies only so far as lawful, fair and reasonable. These terms do not transfer our own negligence to a customer or prevent a complaint to the Consumer Affairs Authority, a food authority or a court.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact the published WhatsApp number with your order reference, what happened and the remedy requested. Photos or other information may help, but are not an absolute condition for a lawful remedy. We will acknowledge the complaint and explain the next steps; we do not promise an automated complaint or refund service. Sri Lankan law applies subject to any mandatory law that applies to the transaction. You may use the competent authorities and courts; no compulsory private arbitration or waiver of statutory redress is imposed.
Changes to these terms
The version shown with an order applies to that order. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from earlier purchases. Before launch, the operator must review these arrangements against actual kitchen practices and obtain advice from a Sri Lankan lawyer where needed.
